Spring to Success -training series The Texas Veterans Commission and the Off-Base Transition Training Program are sponsoring a 4-day employment workshop series to help those job seekers that need training to help improve their job prospects. The training days are scheduled on May 7th-9th and the 11th on Saturday. The training is also meant to support the Fort Bliss Annual Transition EXPO and those that might attend that event. OBTT consists of employment focused workshops for veterans, including veterans currently serving in the Reserve Component (National Guard and Reserve members), and their spouses.
